It's horrific to contemplate, but Airsoft can be done in your house.

Actually, after watching it again in slow motion, dude is coming WAAAAAY off his trigger with his finger each reset.

With a proper grip... slapping the trigger is irrelevant.

Dudes that “ride the reset” will have way more problems than he will.

It's totally minor compared to how smooth his manipulations are. If he has a slap in slowmo, it's irrelevant, you are correct.

Pinning the trigger to reset is something most people are taught, but professional shooters and various military ops teams are taught to get off the trigger asap. Getting back on it while simultaneously taking up any slack during the recoil makes for faster shots.

    Stanchion Drill
    - 2 barrels stacked (or use whatever you can)
    - 1 target 3 yards and centered from your shooting position
    - Shoot 2 shots each while alternating left/ right

I teach this to LEO that may respond to Active Shooters. Stanchions are everywhere and you may need them for cover (method also applies to doors and walls). The goal is to maintain cover as much as possible while engaging the threat.

    Tip:
-Try to keep your feet stationary and lean to engage the threat.
-Keep your outside elbow tucked in to avoid silhouetting yourself.
-Good drill to practice transitioning hands.
-Once you master this drill with 1 target, try it with hostage target or multiples.
