My granddaughter is competing this weekend in Snellville at the GAA JOAD (Junior Olympic Archery Development). Yesterday (Sat) she placed 1st in the junior division and is now the state champion!

She pulled it off again today! Another 1st place. Edited to add: Sat. State JOAD Champion, today (Sun) State indoor FITA Champion.

I can’t begin to describe how proud I am of her! She’s worked very hard to achieve this honor. Lots of hours of practice and some great coaching.
And not least is the time, money and sacrifice my daughter and son in law have put forth. Oh yeah, Poppa and Nannie helped a bit too!
