Per this months NRA magazine specifically the one called Americas First Freedom, the Gallup poll organization found in October 2021 that 23% of all the people polled said they carry concealed.
Not 23% of gun owners, or Republican voters, but of all respondents to the poll.
I found that hard to believe, especially because the last published figure on this question had only a 12% positive response.
I went to the Gallup polling organization's website and did not see any news about this on their main page.
Then I went to another Gallup page that must've had five dozen different reports, graphs, and charts all about the subject of guns, and I did not see this particular question being asked at all.
