Gas Is 100% Being Cut

I just drove an older vehicle I have that's sit for a hair over a year with a tank of gas. Got in today and drove it around and the comparison is night and day difference.

I have an SUV that I use to fill up once a week and now it's almost every other day. Prices are going up and the "gas" goes faster and faster.

I've measured my mileage on a single gallon; supposed to get 22 miles yet I barley squeezed out half that. I'd say it's being cut with more than 15% ethanol.

My F150 was getting 16.5 MPG after the last tune up. 2 weeks later it was around 15mpg, I stopped at a Mom and Pop place and it went to 14 Mpg. Seems my best option is Ingles or Kroger gas. Yes, raping us and not even giving us a reach around.

I get the same mileage every day, as I have for the last few years. I check every fill up, sometimes every other. Best way to know if you have something going bad.

I agree, I'm getting less mpg

I consistently get worse mileage from Ingles and Walmart fuel, about 1-1.5 mpg less. I only buy quality fuel now, gas or diesel.

Which places have the best gas in your opinion? Loves, QT, Racetrac?

I only use Shell , Exxon/Mobil or Chevron. They are considered top tier . You can do your own research.
