Yep I think your right on there. And if I remember correctly it had something to do with untracible speculators, possible foreign speculators or something to that effect. Trying to make the market or specultion more transparant?

ive friggin had enough of these other countries having such a huge impact on the USA, all i see is how we give the tax payers money away to them "ALL OF THEM" for various reason's (AID-WAR-ETC) and what do we get in return ? $4.00 gal gas, and we are hated by all of these free loader's, let's keep the money here WERE IT CAME FROM and stop importing oil from arab countries and house hold goods from china. BUILD AND SELL OUR OWN IN COUNTRY, let them all kill each other, it wont take long. then we have no more problems... IS THAT TO HARSH ?

Our #1 problem is Washington, D.C not any foreign government/country, thats where we need to seriously clean house from top to bottom and quite playing politics and speacial interest !
I filled up yesterday and paid about $3.25 just for regular. I checked today and it was the same price. I even went into the little ghetto area of franklin rd. and delk rd. to check it out and they were about 3 cents cheaper.
Is the price of gas going to hold tight until the next holiday?
A little off topic but...... It's a new engine design that makes perfect sense and gives you a duh, why didn't they think of that before. They are claiming a lot better fuel efficiency, the US Army has paid for the development. You can bolt additional units together to build Horsepower (base is 300). A few of these puppies tied together would change the world of Motorsports!

Hey petro, since gasoline is your specialty, how long does it take for the oil pumped out of the ground to make it to your gas tank in your car or truck? I feel quite sure it's not a day or two because as soon as there was the slightest hint of trouble in the middle east gas started going up and quick. So we were getting screwed pretty good because they bought this oil at a much lower price than what they were selling it for. Prices shouldn't have started going up till they started paying more if they were paying more at all.
