Georgia Campus Carry

Not this sh*t again. I got an email from the school yesterday about the testimony. FWIW, I didn't see any protesters at the Arch. Ban on campus carry is nothing more than feel good legislation that does nothing to improve actual safety. Stepping six inches over an imaginary property line shouldn't carry criminal consequences and loss of rights.

i heard that a new bill was introduced today. Does anyone know the difference in last years bill? I don't expect Deal to sign any campus carry legislation. The democrat keeps coming out in him.
Yes it does, shows it more and more everyday, wouldn't expect him to push it through

Yeah, but everyone here voted for him last time, and they will vote for the next RINO because for the 6 months before the election, he 100% believes in the 2nd Amendment -- after the election, well, not so much.

Deal is what the Republican party offered us. I did not vote for him during the first round of voting. My choice, the much better choice did not get the vote. I posted up the details here and spoke in favor but Deal had the party's blessing.

He left Capitol Hill under a grey cloud of suspicion. He was and is a snake in the grass just like Casey Cagel. Those two conspiring weasels deserve some measure of accountability.

When voting if it's a choice between a democrap/socialist and a sack of crap, the crap gets my vote.

I don't think any prosecutor or judge will care what entity has "control" of the sidewalk.
It doesn't matter whether the City, or the University, has the authority to close it, license the use of it for selling things from vendors' tables, plant and maintain trees and shrubs. Nobody cares whose job it is to clean it, nor whose job it is to fix the cracks.

The ONLY THING THAT MATTERS is if the land underneath the slab of concrete sidewalk is PART OF THE CAMPUS.
Use doesnt matter. Control doesn't matter. What matters is real property ownership or a recognized leasehold interest to the school (if the land were held in fee simple by the City).

Waste of time. Our ****bag of a governor will just betray his constituency again with a veto. When his term is up, I hope he gets ran out of Georgia altogether.

Total scum.
