Georgia exodus?

OK, I've seen several comments to this effect so let's see the poll results.

I was not born here. When I moved here over 30 years ago I said I'd be planted in the ground here. That is definitely no longer the plan. I love Georgia. But more and more I love what she was. Life is short (and getting shorter).

I am tired of metro Atlanta. I could easily have a place in Rural East Alabama, or somewhere in that neck of the woods.

I'd love to hear more about this. I've been thinking about the same thing although I'm about 15 years away from retirement. Where have you been considering?

I also was not born here and also have lived here over 30 years like you. Unlike you, I will remain here and be cremated like my wife was and my daughters can detemine what they do with the ashes. Thanks.
