People are quick to give up their rights if:
"However, legal protection from drone searches would not apply when drones are used to look for lost children."
90% of our stupid laws have the same excuse, "but it's for the children".
I raised mine, you raise yours, however you see fit, the stupid, lazy, and the weak aren't supposed to survive, it creates an inferior species.
It would be hard for me to tell whether the drone, that's flying too low to the ground is looking for someone lost, taking inventory for something to steal, or just being nosey, but there will be a lost drone to ad to the list of things to look for.
When I was private and made PFC at Ft. Riley Ks, I was the training aid gopher. Our commander would send me down to get TSC cards for CTT training among other stuff and an old grisly TSC Dod civilian (appeared and acted like former military) denied my request. I asked why, we needed this to complete mandated brigade training!
He said put the words "for unit mandated training" on the request and I never had a problem afterwards.
I learned early, it's not necessarily what you say but rather how you say it.
