Georgia Weapons Carry Permit (Renewal)

Call your county court house, ask for carry licenses they can tell you if they offer a form to fill in and print it out and you do not have to fill out the form at the magistrate court, makes it easier and quicker...

just a suggestion... No need to have someone else charge you for that simple to fill out service.

yea just go to the court house and if its almost at expiration like mine was
I paid an extra dollar for a temporary 1 while the new one was being made and mailed so that I had coverage the whole time

Just got mine renewed today for $35.00. It may vary by county.

This has probably been addressed her before but I thought I would ask again as I can't find the previous thread.

My Weapons carry license expires next month and I need to renew it. I see a website pop up when I type in Georgia Carry permit that seems to allow you to renew on line. However, it states that it is not a government affiliated website.

Does anyone know if this is legit. I don't want to give out personal information on a bogus website.

ty for the reminder. Had no idea mine expires next monday so went to Fulton annex. Was painless as well as SS PD for background. Most people iv'e seen applying/renewing in 35 years.
