Getting re-routed to an App pages on Iphone Again

This is driving me nuts. Every other click on any link on Odt and I get taken to this page which then opens the App store... please make it stop.

Yep. I gave up on my phone. Its literally every other click...

Getting the same pop up redirect plus a new one that says Ive been randomly selected to win money. I forgot to screen shot it. Im sure I'll have another opportunity.
