Like most, I hate prepping rifle cases. I have a worlds finest trimmer for 223 and it is pretty good, but I have seen threads here recommending the Giraud Tri Way trimmer as the way to go. I'm wondering if it's worth upgrading.

The biggest thing I like is that it looks like it would cut out two whole steps (chamfer and deburr) and therefore save me time, which I have in limited supply.

So what say you? Worth upgrading?

For the calibers I shoot a lot I picked up a Tri-way trimmer for .223 and .308. It cuts the inside neck mouth and outside perfectly with carbide cutting blades.

The .223 trimmer can be adjusted for several other small bore calibers and the .308 can be adjusted as well.
You just need a power source hand drill etc.

If you reload 100 or so it's probably not worth it but if you load at least 1000 per session then it's a big time saver.
