Try to exaggerate the standing straight and watch bending (the spine) as much as you can during the healing phase.

15mg of Percocet, 900mg of gabapentin, some weird named muscle relaxer and 550mg of naproxen. Two hours later and I’m still in agony.

Yah I’m screwed.
