For 1, he has a true disdain for his customers. From buying from a guy's company, this would be enough to turn me off.

He is a hot head and a fraud (criminally - believe he took a plea deal on a number of charges). Has a terrible reputation in the firearms community. He is a psychopath. I'm sure that a google search will pull up plenty.
