I bought 8 of those mags for my EP9; they seem to be decent to load and unload, as well as feed the firearm. But I haven't used them all yet, so we shall see.

Glock trashes the old springs and followers, they would have trashed what I swapped anyway. That's why they didn't care and it didn't matter. I didn't take advantage or fraud Glock but you keep believing that. Stick to your guns, even if you are empty.
