Yes. The angle of the basepad is different between a 17 and 19

Hmmm. Sounds like this may be a G19 extension that they didn’t have labeled. Or would it not even have fit?

It would physically fit. But the angles aren't quite right. Could certainly be the issue.

Looking at their website...they list both the 17 and 19 as compatible. Dunno.
