Funny how grown men attach a sense of their own self worth or value as humans to objects, or attempt to elevate themselves while living vicariously through others (especially sports teams). Fandom and anti-fandom for that matter, is really rediculous. Who gives a **** who likes Glock, whether you are a fan of the Bulldogs, or Alabama, or HK or Sig. It doesn't matter. You didn't make the gun, you don't play on the team, you are just hoping to capture some sort of acknowledgement for aligning yourself with a product, team. You have nothing to gain or to lose from the failing of either. Just hoping to align yourself with something that is percieved as elevating your status is pretty sad. It is totally a natural human tendancy, but a rediculous one.
