.I saw a video of(so it said) a Taurus launching a barrel down range.Looked like a revolver with a 4"barrel.If Glocks are blowing,I`d look at overzealous handloading first. When I was a teenager,I pulled a bullet out of a .22 longrifle cartridge. When I saw that the factory only loaded the rounds with about one-third of the amount of powder that the cartridge would hold,I used powder from other rounds to make me some"varmint rounds".The first and only round that I fired blew the bolt open(and I was holding it shut, just in case.Extracter left the area, never to be found.Wood flew outa the stock.End of my 1st finger opened up like a snake`s mouth.Powder burns on face.Ears rang.End of story.Rifle was a new Remington bolt action.Seems like the bolt blew out of the gun,but I`m not sure.

lots of firearms aren't fully supported. even 1911's that are ramped to feed hp's.
