Not a factory M16. That's a AR conversion, hense the lower price.
Gotta admit I like that one a lot better. Ut I'm not a purist or expert. Hell I didn't even know GM was in the M16 bidness way back then. I just assumed they were out of small arms defense contract work after WW2 or Korea.

That lower looks odd as to the roll marks. Looks hand done compared to other GM M16s.
Sometimes when your $25k transferable lower cracks out you have to make an 80% er work......................
