The g/f loves camping in Gatlinburg and this time she wants to fish while we are there. Looking to buy the Tennessee annual pass, but i'm seeing lots of special permits for certain reservoirs and Gatlinburg specific permits. We've never fished the area and aren't after anything particular. If we hook into smallmouths, trout, or panfish we will both be happy. Can anyone here talk to me about this with some advice, tips or tricks? I plan to just throw trout worms, rooster tails and attempt to fly fish some. If you can suggest a specific reservoir or creek/river system it would be greatly appreciated. Our campground is on the West Prong of the Little Pigeon River so most likely we will cast a line around there some. TIA
