Offering a 2 owner unit(I am the second owner) Fleming Firearms 22LR conversion Upper. Early 1990's production. NOT MARKED "SUBCAL"! 1/2x28tpi barrel, C3 Clandestine works, your can may not w/o mods.
Comes with one mag. Shoots 100%(ejects 99%, empty falls into receiver void). Relatively clean, handling marks show scuffs in excess of actual use.
You can 'test fire' at my place with your registered SWD M11/9. Bring HV ammo & F4. Not subsonic.
Runs unboosted, unsuppressed with HV ammo. Also runs suppressed, but faster & harder. Even runs truncated ammo(Rem HyperViper if you can find it). Have never tried subsonic ammo. It works as is, right now with high velocity ammo.
