Google "Saturn piston soak". MMO is a proven solution for it .
3Clicks referes to it. After putting MMO let car sit over overnight. Cover spru gplug holes with a rag and turn over engine by hand. MMO will shoot out of spark plug holes.
Put plugs back. Done.
MMO in the oil will clean cranckshaft and other areas, but it does not have time to work inside the cylinder.

Ive seen that and plan to do multiple treatments with MMO if this fix in a can doesnt do the trick.

Could be but theres no smoke on startup and the oil rings are known to carbonate on these engines. Both my 70's Fords dont have a problem though

A little. I got rid of it because it leaked oil externally. Now I got a burner thats 18 years newer

I have used Marvel Mystery oil and ATF(Automatic Transmission Fluid) with good results.
Never tried the BG but have heard good things

marvel be tha shiznit!!!
pull the plugs and fill the cylinders with it. try and let it sit for a few days if you can. leave the plugs out and spin the motor over,it will be messy,it will shoot marvel everywhere. use and old sheet or towel to minimize the clean up.just cover the spark plug holes with it. it will catch most of the mess..
then put the plugs back in and add a bottle to you gas.
i have seen it free up stuck injector pumps on old tractors,stuff that was no good and ready to scrap.
you can get big bottles of it at the walsmart for under 4 bucks...

Got an 08 Accord with the K motor. Ordered some BG EPR off Amazon since it gets good reviews. Anyone esle ever used it before? Im burning at least a quart every 1k miles.

Epr109 works well. You need to run it double the time . It stinks very bad when you drain it

I have used BG before with success
I did the 3 part fuel treatment years ago.
The truck didn't have to downshift going over some hills and felt like it had more power.
