Good Deal?

My father-in-law told me today that he has an entire reloading set up that he would sell me for $450, and I just don't know anything about reloading and wanted to know if it was a good deal on it. He hasn't used it in years, and I'm sure he is giving me a good deal on it, but just checking.

He said that it's a Dillan automatic press and he's got primers, powder, and dies for around 5 calibers along with a tumbler.

Sounds like a good deal if you are interested in loading the calibers he is set up for. If not, you could still use some of the components to load other calibers using new dies.

He said he has 9mm, .38, .44, .45, and one other one that I can't remember.

........ some reloaders are straightwall handgun calibers only like this one in the link and will limit what you can do with it ......

Go to Dillion 's website and compare prices, sounds like a good deal provided it is not rusted.
