I can think of two:
1) Ruger P series. The grip has the girth of the top end of a softball bat.
2) XD- I have shot them and like them a lot, but I can't help but think that the designer was watching some sci-fi space movie when he came up with it.

kimber. you pay for fit and finish but don't get performance. 5 out of 5 people outshot a rapter 2 with a taurus pt1911. don't care for brownings, just plain ugly.
