I'll buy a Glock when they make a SA/DA model. I so much like cocking an external hammer. Glocks are fine guns but I see them more like a simple tool than something nice that I would be proud of and want to take care of.

That's why I'm a fan of the following pistols (in no particular order):

CZ
Sig Sauer

Ruger sr series, have had sr9c,sr9,sr40. Great looking but just were not for me.

I agree, flocks aren't works of art, they're tools and that to me is why a glock will always be my go to from now on.Accurate and reliable.

That said, xd/xdm, look like crap, feel like crap, 2022, not a fan of poly sigs, lcp/lc9... too small and too tight to use under stress, and anything chambered in. 40

Glocks, excellent weapons but they just don't feel right in my hand.

Beretta 92/96 series. They are great guns and very accurate but they have never felt right in my hand.
