I buy my meat at a Mexican Butcher in Atlanta Rd, Gainesville, GA. - They have some very good meat to choose from. I usually buy top-sirloin for a very great price with them. The place is called "Talpa Supermarkets"

I did their 45 day dry aged Iowa ribeyes....unbelievably good.
