This is great training for shooters and beginners who don't want to simply be "bench shooters." If you want to know how to use your rifle in real life or an emergency, this is good instruction for delivering fast and accurate fire on a target. Highly recommended for experienced (come with a "willing to learn" attitude) and novice shooters alike.
