Got lucky this morning at Clyde Armory

I was the first person in line before they opened because at 10 minutes to close last night they still had two Colt LE6920s. When I walked in though they also had a 6720 which I preferred so I grabbed that at what I guess is actual suggested retail price.

Anyway, the real story here is that they had .223 ammo at what I thought was a reasonable price. 1K round case of Renegade for $499. or a 1K round case of Federal AE for $519.00. I snagged a case of the Federal. Not too bad for these times I thought.

They're pretty classy guys there IMO.

I refuse to shop there. The day before sandy hook they had the 6920s for $995, the day after the shooting it jumped to $2499. More than twice the price in two days.

Hey man, you said something earlier that made me think it was you-good talking to you too!

I was a little concerned that the other fellow to my right was gonna try to scoot in ahead of us and I was formulating my blockade plan!

But in the end I'm glad we both got what we were after!
