Got stood up at a meet today

Well at least it wasn't a long way from home. But I got stood up by a member from East Point a few hours ago that is supposed to be working on St Simons this week.
We have been messaging back and forth since Saturday and I thought we were a go. I sent him my phone number about 3 times to make things easier but that didn't help.
I don't want to neg the guy right now because well anything can happen and maybe it did. And I just really don't like to go negative. But on the other hand this guy hasn't been here that long and maybe the newer members are all **** like I've read several times before.
Oh well I digest...

Well it could've been worse. We went to Harris Teeter and got some deals. And there was a jewelry store in the same shopping center that had a $350.00 pocket knife in the window. And I got some good pics of the pier and the lighthouse at dark.

I've never neg feedbacked anyone, even though I've heard a lot of excuses. You'd be surprised how many turn out to be true stories and you actually end up meeting later. I got neg'ed once because I was on my way, but running behind and the guy threw a fit. Then says he won't give me a neg if I can arrange to meet at a later date - so I said here's the dates/times, and he threw a fit about that and then low and behold, a neg.
