I have always heard that the hunters that ran dogs hunting foxes brought them in to train their dogs. Started in high fence property but eventually they escaped or was released on purpose. Then the population grew and grew and grew and grew.

Is it legal to kill coyotes in Georgia?
Yes, coyotes can be taken during any small or big game season with the appropriate lawful weapons. Hunter orange is required, and night hunting or baiting is not allowed.
On private land you can kill 24/7 365, and over bait, any weapon.
The liberals are trying to do that but conservatives are against abortion.
