MP is right. Some more stats from our friend A. McClure on GPDO:

HB89 passed the Legislature on 4-4-08, was not signed into law until 5-14-08, just over a month later.
SB308 passed the Legislature on 4-30-10, and was not signed into law until 6-8-10, again, just over a month later.
HB60 passed the Legislature on 3-20-14, just a week and 1 day ago.

These things have to play out.

The legislative session just ended. He has every bill that was passed during the session to attend to and every group supporting or against each bill contacting him now, and each such group thinks their bill and their opinion is the most important one and that the governor should act on them immediately.

He also imposed the "every time" tax on used vehicle sales.
He's no doubt the "Real Deal" just as croocked, if not more so than the rest of the scum in Washington.

If the gov doesn`t sign it by 40 days,it becomes law. Or he can veto it or sign it during this 40 day period.

Exactly. If Deal does nothing it becomes law. If he vetos he sends a clear message he does not want to send. Why are folks freaking out?
