Grilled shrimp seasoning?

Longhorn Steakhouse Wild West Shrimp
  • Oil for frying (I use peanut oil)
  • 12 oz. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined.
  • 1 cup self-rising flour.
  • 1/4 cup cherry peppers (I use the ones in a jar)
  • 1/4 cup butter.
  • Juice of one lemon.
  • Longhorn Prairie Dust (recipe follows)
  • Ranch dressing.
Who am I kidding? I copied it off the web. But we do love Longhorn's Wild West Scrimps!
