Some good suggestions above. I would suggest you try the BBQ shrimp seasoning from River Road. If you have ever seen Fiesta brand seasonings in Academy, River Road is a division of Bolner Spices, who has Fiesta and River Road. Look them up on line and order this. There are lots of options and everything I have had from them is good.

McCormick Jamaican Jerk seasoning. Put on a light coat of olive oil, sprinkle a heavy coat of JJS on and let it sit in the fridge for an hour so. Grill quickly on high heat.

I just wrap them in bacon and fry them up like a good southern boy should.
