After 1 wash and dry, they are now my daughters....

Not prior Military here... I thought I read about crossed arms on a shirt was frowned upon if you have not served..?

Yeah. Get the owner's okay before you go copying their name. The shirt site may require proof that the owner gave permission anyway.

Dont know, but it seems common enough. I have a Springfield polo with crossed cannons logo on the back.
