I've bought many guns from them (AR, Glocks, couple of XD's). Unless something has changed, you have to sign an affidavit that you won't sell the firearm within a certain time. Last time I bought anything from them was 2 years ago.

Or you can sign up for GSSF while you are there and buy it. I was in the Rossville, Ga store this week looking for an OD 19 but they were out.

Yep. That would be a straw purchase and you have to sign a form from Glock saying you're not buying for someone else.

Ed's Safety and Pawn in Stockbridge, GA does the same thing for Glocks and for Bushmaster ARs. I have purchased for myself using this deal and it's pretty awesome.

They do have some used gen 2 glock 22's with 3 mags in stock for $285 though.
