cause it makes textures funky, takes forever for some things to load .... I saw it this morning that game geeks are saying not to do it

Don't install the 2nd disk on xbox and don't download the game from the PSN.

It's just an Xbox thing, unless you are downloading the game on psn

Are you on Xbox? If so just play from the disks

ON Ps3 go ahead ind install the install only disk and play off the play disk.
