No house, cars (3) or scooter payments here at all since 2015. But Fulton Cty shows you how important you are with their property taxes…it’s a good feeling anyhow.

10 years is too much time! I'm certain they're going to move the goal post again. I'm doing the math, may apply and go out early in 4.5 years at 62, depends. Men in my my family usually live into their 80's, rarely 90's, so I'm thinking early is better for me.

Hell…once you reach full retirement age you can make as much as you want without penalty. I would and did take it early ,by 1 year. Kept my side income low until I hit 66 and then went balls to the wall. Life is good.
