I’ve been at it for a week. I know a few cords but I’m sure I could do better if I had on hands lesson other than YouTube videos lol

Been trying for 30 yrs. Still learning every day. Get a decent acoustic that will stay in tune. Maybe an Alvarez or Yamaha. Youtube is your friend here. Learn to tune it and start watching beginner vids. It's kinda like golf. Ups and downs. It can be frustrating but when you nail that one song it's a rush. Best of luck!

Take lessons, learn to read tablature but if you can sing? Cord charts are all you need. Blues and bluegrass are all about the lead in the breaks. Scales. Got to know the scales. Good luck.

I've played 34 years, since I was 11. It takes a lot of patience and practice, but is very rewarding. Stick with it.

A good instructor will put you on a short path to learning. Golf is the same. Practice with a purpose or waste time and continue to suck. Fundamentals. Learn those, and just get better. Practice with a purpose!!!!!!
