Just enforce gun laws , keep guns from insane & drug addicts . would cut gyn crime by large numbers .

Im pretty sure most of gun crimes arent actual drug addicts mainly random anger spurts from clean record ppl who are legal to own a gun are the ones whom commit atrocities
