Gun friendly vs unfriendly stores

I am pretty sure they are well aware I am healed when I am there but since I don't flash it they don't say anything.

It's a miracle... he's healed! Just kidding... I know what you mean, "heeled".

Yeah there's a number of stores like that I patron. Kinda like a don't ask, don't tell, what they don't know doesn't hurt them. Even Adventure Outdoors that has a "gun check" sign as you enter (all be it small and low). Often I walk in and do what good ol' CaptainDave77 says... "yup, I checked, it's still there" and walk on to go buy what I'm looking for. Most of the time, the guy or girl at the counter knows I'm carrying because I've checked a few times before when I was "obviously carrying concealed" (some summer clothes I wear print more than others). Sometimes I pull the "keep walking past with your cellphone to your ear in deep conversation technique". That always works...no one ever interrupts.

I am trying to do business with those who want to do business with me. I am not disarming anywhere not required by law and the "no guns" sign says to me "I don't want your money".

The business owner has the right to say "no blue shirts allowed" and I would have the choice to hide or take off my blue shirt. All things being equal I would prefer to go to the store without the blue shirt prohibition.

I'm not saying you will never see me in one of these places and I am not going to spend way more or travel too far out of my way. For example, I avoid Kroger because I do not support union shops, but there is one on my way home. I will pick up my prescriptions there for pure convenience but I don't spend my weekly shopping dollar there.

Hey, if you don't care, do nothing with the information. No problem here.

I, however, care and I would like to know what places tell me to keep my money.
