Gun Manufacturers Sales are Down

First you made fun of me for taking the shears to my beard and getting a hair cut, now this? Im hurt!

I used to love handguns. Now I only shoot them because I should/I have to.

No, no, no--I wasn't laughing AT you, I was laughing WITH you! Are you buyin' that? NO??? Okay, Okay, I'm BUSTED! LOL!--But not at YOU--THIS time!... :) ....mikey357

Small pistol primers, 147gr 9mm or someone to teach me how to resize 158gr 357 for 9mm, and powder for 9mm subs.

GA Arms is in Lawrenceville today and tomorrow and may have all you need.

GA Arms lead cast 147 gn. 9mm $62/1000. http://georgia-arms.com/lead%20bullets.pdf

I use AA #5 or AA#7 for my 9mm subs but any similar burn rate powder should work fine.

In stock primers at Graf 5K CCI/$129.99 or Magtech/$111.99 http://www.grafs.com/retail/catalog/category/categoryId/3504?

I don't see powder online but GA Arms may have some in stock. I do see it on the shelf at places like the Army Navy store in Stockbridge. Other places as well such as Moss Pawn, Gander and some other small retailers.

You should be able to get or order what you need by this weekend if you hunt a bit.

Tech Jacket knows what a REVOLVER IS??? Next thing, you'll be telling me the Easter Bunny is REAL! LOL!... :) ....mikey357

HMMM?? never seen one in his hands???
Now Mrs jacket has had a few!
Tech Jacket has had a few semi however, a really, really, really nice Dan Wesson Guardian I think it was.
Told him --no-no don't get rid of that one!
I tell you nothing but heartache , he just does not listen to me!
ON the ammo subject, I shot my first 22 LR about month ago after a good year of swearing them off, just am not going to pay the prices for them.
I see more and more ammo available in the gun shops, the New gander mountain on Jonesboro Road (old Sams) has got tons of it in the standard calibers, not sure on price as I reload all that I smoke.
And by the way what's this vicious rumor about the Easter Bunny?

I have noticed the same thing. Stopped in at Benton Shooting Supply on my way through Tennessee last weekend and noticed the reloading shelf was full for the first time in a long time. Got a good deal on primers but paid a little more on the powder so it was a wash. I only bought a 1000 primers and a pound of Clays to see how many cowboy .38 loads I could get out of a can and see how it shoots. I have been using Trail Boss but it's a lot harder to find, and you don't get a full pound, so I thought I'd try something different. Nice to see that things are catching up and availability when we need it. RamRoddoc thanks for the tip on Ga. Arms cast bullets. I had completely forgot about them selling cast bullets.

I've noticed that PSA has had some pretty decent prices on plated 147 grain 9mm bullets lately. Their "PSA Munitions" brand might just take off.

Visiting gun shops, I am seeing brand new firearms priced lower than the exact same models advertised on the net, used, etc. Just bought one , got a discount on the sticker price which was WAY below MSRP & they threw in a box of ammo....... Other than supply & demand I can't explain it.

Would like to hear the details of your deal- where, what, and how much please?
