A user on militaryfirearm.com sells them, goes by the username "turbothis". I sent my rifle to him (he is an FFL 07) along with the port buffer and he welded everything up for me for the price of the rail only. Very stand-up guy and good work!

He also developed and sells a trigger system that I am using and couldn't be happier with. US-made for two 922(r) parts and adjustable, he also installed this for just the price of the parts.
