gun pulled on me today- need help

You can carry on your vehicle unrestricted, just as your home or place of business.
There is no law of "Brandishing a weapon"
Simply having a gun in hand is not against the law, if it was accompanied with "I'll kill you" or such then there is a possibility.

It is against the law to leave the scene of an accident even if minor. Moving to a safe place is reasonable, but it needs to be understood by the other party or misconceptions such as this happen.

Are you sure of this one? "Simply having a gun in hand is not against the law"
I think I understand most of the current law. There are many, and they are complicated and changing. But I didn't think you could just walk around with a gun in your hand.

But now I'm not sure. I'm looking it up now, and can't find anything. And I don't remember anything against it. Can I just walk around everywhere with a gun in my hand (having a Carry license)?

Nothing you can do that'll help you. You have witnesses, he has witnesses! He doesn't have to allow you to merge in front of him as the ramp has the yeld sign. I'm not saying this in order to argue with you or go again you, I'm telling you this because I've already been through it myself. You can possibly get some advice from one of our resident attorneys.
Were the guys Black, White, or Latino? What about the officer/officers?
Black, white or Latino? There are two sides to the story, I wonder what's their side?

Three sides! His, theirs, and what actually happened,
I ask about color of the other people as well as the LEOs only to get an idea as to if maybe the cops were afraid to "dig" into the actual truth or if maybe they were afraid of having something turned around on em in court.

This whole deal should make everyone stop and think. We are all so busy worrying ourselves that we don't think about how our actions effect others. It's sad to think the lives were put at stake over something so simple.

Maybe the cop was racist? What does it matter to you? Are you racist and offended because I ask about it?
Could be that the LEO might have been afraid to do anything for fear of being called racist?
So I asked what does color have to do with it and I am a racist. You sound like Al Sharpton trying to put race in every situation if race was major factor the OP probably would have mentioned it

LOL... I asked a simple question to try to understand why the cops reacted the way they did. I personally don't care who has race issues and who don't, but obviously you do. Good luck.
