gun pulled on me today- need help

LOL... I asked a simple question to try to understand why the cops reacted the way they did. I personally don't care who has race issues and who don't, but obviously you do. Good luck.

Everything is relevant... color age and gender.... all of it could have bearing on the outcome...

I have a firearm in a permanently mounted holster beneath my steering wheel, and I make a conscious effort to focus on my situational awareness all of the time (especially when driving). I don't know that you were in the right or in the wrong because I wasn't there but "at this point I had my hand on mine (still holstered.)" is not the way that I would have went. I can assure you that I don't carry a weapon for show, this situation would have dictated the necessity of unholstering my weapon and making my intentions known (especially when the agressor is approaching with a loaded weapon). If the agressor has his weapon in hand and chambered (and you do not), you are already in a situation that you don't want to be in. If you are not comfortable having a chambered weapon in your possession when the situation dictates, you should think twice about carrying...

Not meant to be derogatory, just an assessment based on the situation that you described; good luck with the follow up!

Three sides! His, theirs, and what actually happened,
I ask about color of the other people as well as the LEOs only to get an idea as to if maybe the cops were afraid to "dig" into the actual truth or if maybe they were afraid of having something turned around on em in court.

This whole deal should make everyone stop and think. We are all so busy worrying ourselves that we don't think about how our actions effect others. It's sad to think the lives were put at stake over something so simple.
I think it was a legitimate question. I was hit by a black lady and in Macon. Minor accident and clearly her fault. Two black cops arrive on scene and tell me you're good bro it's her fault and her insurance will have to pay. Meanwhile when the ambulance shows up she starts the "my neck and my back" dance. It was so pathetic you'd think she was joking but She wasn't. A week later I get the accident report, NO FAULT.

A few weeks later I find out she's suing me, her 4th law suit in 3 years. black judge awards her 15grand. My insurance is like screw That we're appealing and going to trial. Trial takes two days because jury is having trouble deciding, after it was over my lawyer and I talked to the head juror and asked what was up. She said all she would say was 4 jurors wanted to award her at least some money and 8 saw her for the con artist crack head she was. Jury had 8 whites and 4 blacks.

So race can deffinantly play a role I know from experience.
