Have you tried to file a warranty claim on it by calling the listed number? Looks to me like it says it is warranted against flood.

They won’t if insurance is involved…waste of time.



I’ve seen less then 10 safe replacements in 25 years, if you read the fine print it‘s only if you don’t claim the incident on your insurance.
 
Buy a large tl30 or higher rated used jewelry safe. Dont bother with any store bought safe . 1/2 steel body 1” steel door. Anything else might as well buy a stack on metal container. Just my 2 cents. You can find them for 1500-2000 but you will need to move it you are looking at 1000+ for a mover.
