Looks good. So between this one and the one you posted two days ago - you are pretty much done Buck hunting... Tomorrow a 14 point monster will start following you around.
The freezer is definitely full now, if I saw a 14 pointer it'd be tough to pass up!!!

There is nothing better than when you son gets his first deer!! Congrats to your son!! This brings back lots of memories (my son is now 31 and a sergeant in the U.S. Army stationed in Hawaii)!!
Got this 8 point opening day in the evening. Shot with a Ruger M-77 Ultralight in .308 Winchester, using a 150 grain Hornady SuPerformance SST load. The deer ran 30 yards, then dropped. The heart and lungs were turned to soup!! 
Shot this doe about 6:00pm opening day. 62 grain hollow point out of my AR from about 20 yards away. She dropped right there, didn't run at all. No exit wound, but man her insides were just tore to mush.
Should have let that one prance away
About 845 this morning.
