Mine is super strong built, and quite large. Built it myself. Lag-bolted to the studs every 16", 2"x4" frame, 2"x6" work surface. You could park a motorcycle on it.

I always overbuild. All the boards are bolted together using 3.5" deck screws.

I like that. I want an overbuilt bench. My dad's bench is a rock too! He used old bowling alley lanes for the tops. You can hammer the snot out of stuff on those benches!! He's a Marine too. Most of you guys don't tend to under do things!

12' long on the longest side, 56" long on the short leg.

29" wide

I prefer to work standing, so the working surface is 43" from the floor.

Main reason for the clutter is I now have too much stuff. Got another tool cabinet coming so I can straighten up and store more stuff.
