Damn I hate a thief

When I was stationed in the Philippines they would cut the right hand off of convicted thiefs so they had to eat with their left hand which is their "toilet hand" that they used to wipe with. Second conviction you lost the other one.

I wish America would adopt these types of punishments because when you start chopping off body parts instead of probation or a couple of months in the pen it gets their attention.
