Gunsmith in Ga. that can work on/rebuild a Citori

I had a problem with my CZ last year and was referred to Bill Hayllar in Sandy Springs at 404-255-2710. He did a great job at a reasonable cost.

Was it just dismantled to be cleaned or was it no functioning when it was dismantled. Curious to know the level of repairs required

Had it apart to check cocking lever and cocking lever lifter. Occasionally when opened the cocking lever will pass the cocking lever lifter. Must be a hinge pin, barrel lug issue which is out of my scope to repair. It's off to Art's tomorrow so he can sort it.
