I can one up you....NYC here...i was that NYC scumbag that no one wanted to live next to when i was relocating for work. I learned my lesson where in the last couple of moves, I specifically told the realtor that if I find out prior to purchasing the neighbors are from New York or the vicinity, I'm not buying the house. Florida. Neighbourhood. No signs. Im walking my dog on sidewalk and the dog walked on his yard, about 2 feet off sidewalk. My dog is nicer than Golden Retrievers. The problem lies with him.

Im walking my leashed dog this morning in my neighborhood when some guy comes screaming out of his house to get my f’n dog off his grass or he will f me up. Me and my 90lb pitbull. I responded accordingly. Told me to tie my dog to a tree and lets go. I have about 60lbs of muscle on him. He then brandishes a gun on his hip and tells me he is going to shoot me and my dog! At this point i reach into my pocket and grip my lcp. He was still waving his hands at me. (Lesson yall, at that point I could have legally shot him, confirmed by police) Anyway i spit on the ground in his direction, he was about 25 feet away and said you are threatening to shoot me? He confirmed. I said F you and walked on. Second time he didnt get himself killed. So i brought my dog and gun home and drove back to my neighbors house and called the cops to press charges. Three of them went to his door. One rang the bell, the other two hung back at different shooting vectors. Only his wife was home. They spoke with him on the phone and asked for him to return. Then they asked me to leave and they will stop by after they speak with him. I signed a form pressing charges. F-er is lucky i didnt settle it myself. The cops stopped by an hour later and said “they wrote it up”. I said thank you, they left. Pondering it now they did not say they arrested him. Shoukd I go station?

"get my f’n dog off his grass". The issue might have been your dog on his grass. especially when you had your dog on a leash to control him. My neighbor warned his neighbor twice to keep his dog from "****ting" on his grass. The neighbor ignored the request. The dog paid the price on the third day. Some people manicure their yard every three days like my neighbor did. He took pride in his yard. HIS yard. I have a dog. I ensure he doesn't do his business in people's lawns. Some people get real anal about THEIR property.
