Anyone also notice the absence of new years reslutoners clogging up the gym? Hell my gym seems more empty now then it was in December.

I dislocated my shoulder awhile back. Really limits upper body work outs ( i am just now able to do pishups without it popping out) pull ups, forget about it.

i think 2018 sucked for a lot of people. half the folks i know who normally would go out new years day stayed in, myself included

Haven't been in a minute, just started jogging again...
Though the LA Fitness was always packed towards the end (Oct-Nov) of 2018 and the Planet Fitness depended on the day/time. I really need to get back in there.
